The More You Use Facebook, The More You Feel Depressed

Have you tried spending your whole time with Facebook alone?

Me, yes I tried it once. And it was devastating! I got sick that day and never got out of the house to hang out with my friends.
I was just in front of Facebook all the time!

Why did I feel upset? Here are some factors I’d like to mention:


1. You’re just sitting or lying down your bed with your laptop on your lap!
2. You’re not being productive! Really!
3. You feel like you want to explode like you want to punch your wall to explode or something.
4. You always feel hungry.
5You see your friends posting their “status” about how happy they are.
6You see the pictures they’re posting and you’re supposed to be there!
7And more.
8Most upsetting is, you spent your time with Facebook than being with your family.

After that, I never tried it again!

If you guys are curious about it, think about it! If you want to try, then go for it! But take caution because you will waste 86,400 seconds of your life.
